Rebecca Zegas, M.A. BCBA, LBA

Founder of Limitless Behavioral Service and Consulting LLC

Rebecca received her Masters Degree in Special Education from Rider University and completed her ABA coursework at Penn State World Campus. 

She began her career in Maryland at the Community Services for Autistic Adults & Children providing Early Intervention services in homes. She went on to accept a position at the Princeton Child Development Institute and spent three years as a teacher and home programmer. In 2008, she began teaching students with autism in the South Brunswick School District and taught students ages 3-10.  She also served as a Behavior Consultant for the Burlington County Special Services School District from 2013-2014. 

In addition to her work at Limitless, she consults for several local school districts and performs independent evaluations of individual student programs.  Ms. Zegas has testified as an expert witness on multiple occasions, all resulting in positive outcomes for her clients.

Dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism as well as the lives of their families.

Deanna Vivino, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Assistant Clinical Director and Social Sprouts Director

Deanna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and serves as the Assistant Clinical Director at Limitless and Director of the Social Sprouts program. After receiving her undergraduate degree in Special Education at Georgian Court University, Deanna began teaching children with autism in a public school. While there she created the district's health and safety curriculum for students with autism and led an inclusion club for high schoolers. Deanna received her Master of Education degree from Rutgers University with specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis and has worked in homes, in schools, and in clinics delivering ABA services to children ages 18 months to 16 years old. 


Deanna specializes in functional communication training, the Picture Exchange Communication System®, parent training, and treating severe problem behaviors. Deanna is passionate about the science of behavior analysis and disseminating the science to others.  

Deanna lives in Lawrenceville with her husband and young son. She enjoys reading, decorating, cooking, going to concerts, and making art in her free time.  

Kalyn Nevitt, M.A. BCBA, LBA

Kalyn studied at Rider University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She continued to pursue  her Master's Degree in Applied Psychology: Applied Behavioral Analysis at Rider University and graduated with Distinction. Shortly after beginning graduate school, she began working for Limitless as an intern. Her time at Limitless solidified her love for the field and she is now working as a BCBA.


Pooja Patel, M.A. BCBA, LBA

Pooja studied at Rutgers University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences & Psychology. She continued her studies at Rider’s University and obtained her Master's Degree in Applied Psychology. She began her career working with adults with traumatic brain injuries and developmental disabilities. Pooja started working at Limitless as an ABA Therapist, while obtaining her graduate degree. She has grown into her current role, working as a BCBA. 

She enjoys working with children and supporting them to develop meaningful skills and achieve their goals. She believes that building genuine connections through pairing (establishing trust, comfort, and joy in the learning environment) is a crucial step in creating lasting progress. Her goal is to be able to create supportive and positive learning environments to help each child that she works with. 

Pooja lives in central New Jersey and enjoys spending time with her friends & family, traveling, going to the gym, and reading!


Anna Mankowska, CPC, CPB

Office Manager & Billing Specialist

Anna received her certification through the American Academy Professional Coers (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). As the office manager she oversees day operations and manages insurance billing/claim processing. She has comprehensive knowledge about the Medical Revenue Cycle.

She is passionate about helping families to navigate ever changing and complex insurance regulations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.
